Applying staff:
We are always on the lookout for dynamic, charismatic, high energy and flexible casual staff to join our team, and conduct interviews roughly once every 6 weeks in Auckland and in other centres as needed. Summer is the busiest time of year.
SublimeNZ has built a community amongst our team, where many of the staff have become friends through frequent social gatherings and regular communication. It is important to us that the staff who are out there representing our clients know one another and feel comfortable, so we pride ourselves on providing a work place full of opportunity and fun. Casual staff should also have good availability, be over 18, and be comfortable and have the confidence to work in a wide range of situations.
To apply to join our team, we are ideally looking for people who do not have full time jobs and who are able to work varied hours on a casual basis. You need to ideally (though, not essentially) have your own transport, be fun, flexible, well presented, and happy to work hard!
